Are any of your flavors gluten free?

Some of are flavors are gluten free and we make gluten free versions of others. The easiest way to see all of our gluten free options is to check out this page: Gluten Free Loaded Marshmallows or look for the green tag on the top right of any product image.

While our Gluten Free products do not contain gluten, they are manufactured in a facility that processes wheat. We make every effort to keep our gluten free batches separate.

Are your marshmallows vegan?

Due to our use of gelatin, our marshmallows are not vegan.

Do you use corn syrup?

No. None of our marshmallows are made with corn syrup and we have gone to great lengths to create recipes that taste great without it.

Can you roast your marshmallows?

Because we don’t use binders or preservatives our marshmallows will melt instead of toast over a fire. Don’t worry, check out our Toasted Smores marshmallows that are already toasted with chucks of chocolate and graham cracker throughout to give you that authentic smores taste.

Shipping and Returns

When will my order ship?

While we do hold some inventory, our marshmallows are made fresh to ensure that you get the best, most delicious treats every time. If we happen to be out of stock of an item you order, it may take a little extra time to make and package your marshmallows. If we are out of stock and it looks like it will take longer than 2-3 days to get your order ready, we make every effort to contact you to see if you would like to make a substitution or change your order.

During periods of high demand, we increase our production but that might also have an effect on shipping time.

What shipping options are available?

All of our orders ship USPS Priority which takes 2-3 business days. This helps to ensure your marshmallows are delivered fresh and quickly!

All orders will be tracked with a tracking number

What is your return policy?

We strongly believe in our products and want every customer to leave satisfied, whether they like our products or not.

We will gladly refund or exchange damaged or defective goods with 15 days of the order date. Please contact us through our contact form. We will request feedback regarding the product in question in order to properly process the refund request. Refunds processed through credit card transactions may take 5-7 business days to post to a bank statement, as this is dependent on the financial institution and not on Mountain Mallow’s merchant provider.

Refunds are only applicable to the cost of product minus any applicable discounts, as shipping fees will not be refunded.

Gift cards are also non-returnable.
